We have requested the readers of this newsletter all across the world to come forward to register as a blood donor with us so that in ugent need one may look at the list  at our website and contact the donors. Unfortunately we have received just 12 volunteers. It made us think whether the newsletter is not reaching many of you though we send to thousands of people all across the world or the  tendency to help those needy has reduced.

Please remmeber thyat away from our close relatives and mother land ( Tamilnadu) it is we, the friends becomes part of the family and fill the bond which one might receive from the family members living in mother land.

நிகழ்வுகள் 1494 - ஜமெய்க்கா எனப் பின்னர் பெயரிடப்பட்ட நாட்டை முதன் முதலில் கிறிஸ்தோபர் கொலம்பஸ் கண்டார். 1802 - வாஷிங்டன், டிசி நகரமாக்கப்பட்டது. 1814 - பிரெஞ்சு மன்னன் நெப்போலியன் பொனபார்ட் எல்பா தீவுக்கு நாடு கடத்தப்பட்டு போர்ட்டோஃபெராய்யோ நகரை அடைந்தான். 1815 - டொலெண்டீனோ என்ற இடத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற போரில் நேப்பில்ஸ் மன்னன் முராட் ஆஸ்திரியர்களால் தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்டான். 1901 - புளோரிடாவின் ஜாக்கன்ஸ்வில் என்ற இடத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற பெரும் தீயினால் இரண்டாயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட கட்டிடங்கள் அழிந்தன. 10,000 பேர் வரையில் வீடுகளை இழந்தனர். 1939 - சுபாஸ் சந்திர போஸ் அனைத்திந்திய பார்வார்டு ப்ளாக் கட்சியை ஆரம்பித்தார். 1941 - பிபிசி தமிழோசை வானொலி ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. 1942 - இரண்டாம் உலகப் போர்: ஜப்பானிய கடற்படையினர் சொலமன் தீவுகளின் துளகி தீவைக் கைப்பற்றினர். 1959 - முதலாவது கிராமி விருதுகள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டன. 1973 - சிக்காகோவின் சியேர்ஸ் கோபுரம் உலகின் அதியுயர் கோபுரமானது. 1979 - மார்கரெட் தாட்சர் ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்தின் முதலாவது பெண் பிரதமர் ஆனார். பிறப்புக்கள் 1933 - ஜேம்ஸ் ப்ரௌன், சோல் இசையின் தந்தை என அழைக்கப்பட்ட அமெரிக்க இசை வல்லுநர் (இ. 2006) 1935 - சுஜாதா, தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர் (இ. 2008) இறப்புகள் 1969 - சாகிர் ஹுசைன், மூன்றாவது இந்தியக் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் (பி. 1897) சிறப்பு நாள் உலக பத்திரிகை சுதந்திர நாள் போலந்து - அரசியலமைப்பு நாள் ஜப்பான் - அரசியலமைப்பு நாள்

பொருள்

Meaning

வில்லை ஏராக உடைய உழவராகிய வீரருடன் பகை கொண்ட போதிலும், சொல்லை ஏராக உடைய உழவராகிய அறிஞருடன் பகை கொள்ளக் கூடாது.

Though you may incur the hatred of warriors whose ploughs are bows, incur not that of ministers whose ploughs are words.
