NOIDA EXTENSION,, Expressway Sectors 142, 159,141,160,162,163,164,158 were selling their areas mainly by positioning the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad( FNG) Expway as an USP which was expected to cut shot the time of travel to Delhi, Ghaziabad etc.,
However, Avvai Tamil sangam decided to go ahead with developing sector in the region 74-78 and decided to go with Sampriti at Sec 77. Today's article in HT points out that the FNG exp way project is not got shelved. In directly it means the sectors mentioned aboive loose their USP and the market at the sectors 74-78 is oing on a rise.
I would like to request the members to utilise the opportunity xtended by Avvai Tamil Sangam to its members and get benfitted.
