The very first day of its run, the number of passengers carried was 451 and the amount earned was Rs. 85/- on the last day it had 1360 horses and carried 71,947 passengers and earned Rs.4,260/. |

Meaning
விரும்புவதானால் பிறக்காமலே இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஒருவன் எண்ணுகிற அளவுக்கு ஏற்படுகிற துன்ப நிலை, ஆசைகளை ஒழிக்காவிடில் வரும்.
If anything be desired, freedom from births should be desired; that (freedom from births) will be attained by desiring to be without desire.
