முன்கூட்டியே உரிய பாதுகாப்பு இல்லாமல் இருக்கும் வேந்தன், போர் வந்துவிட்டால் அதற்கு அஞ்சி விரைவில் வீழ நேரிடும்.			The king who has not provided himself with a place of defence, will in times of war be seized with fear and quickly perish.
