Thanks for the overwhelming response. As a next step, we have formed a core group to identify the location and builders to whom we can initiate discussion. Though initially we thought of going ahead to get a land from Authority/Builder to construct on our own we abandoned that idea when we came to know that it is not going to be an straight forward activity and it involves some un official means which we do not want to get into. Hence we have to work on the builders to get a block designed for us.
Now the second question which came to our mind is to hear from you all about your dream house and how do you want that to be. This also will help to know your budget in mine, the purpose, facilities required and the commitment to go ahead. Honestly, being the first project we want to be 101% sure that the backing from you all are going to be with us always.
