Meaning :
All other creatures will worship him who has attained the control of his own soul.
"தனது உயிர்" என்கிற பற்றும், "தான் " என்கிற செருக்கும் கொள்ளாதவர்களை உலகம் புகழ்ந்து பாராட்டும்.
